A canal connecting Yamashina Canal and Kamogawa Canal. Located near the Oto Canal are Heian Jingu Shrine (founded in 1895) and the Ebisugawa Power Plant. Walking along the canal, you can feel the atmosphere of the time when the canals were constructed.
